Recommendedvery spacious, hugh closet space, friendly leasing managers and maintence team and the rent is reasonable.
My wife and I and our son love it here, the kitchen is beautiful it has its own frig stove and dishwasher the rent is affordable even though you have bad credit they have a program called leaselock which means when you get approve there is no security deposit there swimming pool is nice and its a quit community.
It's my home. It is the ghetto people that move in and mess up the apartments and breaking down the doors. The maintenance comes and fix things and I am able to pay online. The staff is very nice, all of them. My apartment has new carpet, new blinds, and these wood floors that are so easy to clean. I have so much space in my apartment and I love it. I hope the grass get manicured this summer
Constant break ins. Cars left on bricks. No security. No cameras. All of the main doors are broken. The locks dont work. Leasing office is closed on satrudays. The current management is a joke. No one is ever available to answer the phone due to the inability to place multiple calls on hold -in 2018. Lead paint.
