Love being a resident here! The staff is friendly and very prompt to any complaints or repairs. It's also generally quiet, which is a huge plus for me!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NEW PEOPLE IN OFFICE. Lived there for 2 years, one of first residents to move in. It's been 3 months since I have moved out and I have yet to get security deposit back. They screen calls and force you to go in (if you have time and they aren't on lunch break). Every time I've gone in, their excuse is always being so busy or I'm getting to it or some other way of avoiding me. Far from professional, you pay a lot of rent money for unorganized chaos.
Lived here for more than 18 months. Still love it. The location is fantastic.
Nearly 4 months after my move out date, I still have not received my security deposit. Riversong has not returned my calls or emails inquiring about the matter. I was told that I would be returned my entire deposit, which they are illegally withholding. And this is just my experience since moving out - living there was much worse.
