Did a short(ish) term rent during COVID & communication from start to finish was just not there for us. Not helpful. Not clear. Could be our fault being new renters. In the end it did cost us several hundred dollars. We chose this complex as it was a bit cheaper than the other complexes around, but moving forward I would recommend to look elsewhere. Great Location Riversong is located on the Riverwalk in Bradenton, FL. That is the only good thing about these apartments. We moved in September 1, 2018. You can hear your upstairs neighbor walk from the bedroom to the living room to the kitchen. If you decide to move here, pray that you don't have large dogs or kids above you. The hallways smell like a 70's afterhours party. The odor of cannabis is everywhere. If someone leaves a cup in the stairwell, it stays there until someone (you) fill out a maintenance request. RecommendedI have lived here for 4 years and love it. Staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. Activities for residents make this more of a home rather than just an apartment.
I’ve lived in several apartment complexes in several states and have never felt more welcome and at home than this place. I moved away 8 months ago and still miss this place. Barb in the office is a sweetheart, always so welcoming and helpful. She made living here that much more special. Living on the Riverwalk is amazing as well.

We have lived at Riversong for nearly 2 years and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The downtown location and view of the water are fabulous. During season, there is almost always live music between Main Street or the Amphitheatre or Rossi Park. But it's the community of residents that make it home for us. The staff is always on top of every little thing and are constantly offering group activities. We love it at Riversong and will definitely renew for another 2 years!
poor response to concerns in apartment on 4 the floor elevator was always braking down parking always flooded
