-The bedside manner is horrible. -Keeping patients informed of their care plan is almost non-existent. -the customer service is horrible. -the refuse to accept responsibility and rectify their teams mistakes.

RecommendedI have to tell you. The Doctors and staff went above and beyond to accommodate my Husband Rodney Brown and myself during his stay during and after surgery. Everyone was very attentive and no one was in a rush to leave the room. They listened, they explained, they understood - this was my first time not being able to stay with my hubby during a hospitalization (due to Covid-19). My parents are very happy there!
You know it’s bad when your mother the patient at The Gardens calls you and leaves hours of voicemail screaming for help and no nurse comes. How can someone scream for help that long and no one comes?! It’s all saved on my voicemail. Thank You actually call and speak with the hospital administrator and they never call you back like they promised too. It’s a risky place to put someone and the care has an “I don’t care attitude” and I’m sure that obviously starts at the top...administrator.
weight loss classes are awesome! I loss 100 pds and have kept it off with the support from the Brentwood team, Dr.Jones, Coach Lewis and all the other staff.Thanx guys

I realize with these unprecedented and uncertain of times there might be “probable excuses” but no good reasons! I know the daddy, I know her and she is in the customer relations field.
