It's very open; friendly staff!!! Lay out is welcoming! No thongs or lunks! Perfect place for anyone really looking to get and/or stay in shape!!!!!
This is much more than a gym. Group fitness classes are challenging enough and there are a wide variety. The pool and spa areas are clean and have plenty of room. The locker room and bathrooms are well attended. Love that we have a place to play sports as a family on super hot days! The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful!

Best kept gym secret on the peninsula. Parking lot may look full, but it is never crowded and has everything but rock wall. Very pleasant staff and most importantly, cleanliness is a priority.
I love this place friendly faces when you walk nice ppl to be around and meeting new ppl it's a great place to be when need to lose a few pounds or just stay in shape great place keeps me smiling

Its a place that meets my needs! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The equipment meets all of my needs. The atmosphere is very conducive for people like myself who are interested in exercising in order to improve their health.
