George was very professional! He fixed the leak in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for future services.
I have been unhappy with the hvac not circulating evenly throughout the apartment. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and the air or heat doesnt come out the vent. I have had maintence come and check and the keep saying its working but it isnt.
Decent rent. Didn’t get any of my deposit back and had to pay a lot at move out (tub had to be repainted even though I just used it myself for normal showers?). Pool is nice but closed a lot. Emails from management to all residents were kind of rude (regarding dog poop on the property).
Everyone just seems happier here!
