It's been a pleasure since becoming a resident of this property. My start was rocky at first but Madison and Kelsey ensure I was taken care of. They are great when it comes to communication and ensure they are taking care of their residents. Anytime I come to the office with an issue they care of it as soon as they can. Maintenance is amazing with George and Jr they ensure they take care of the maintenance needs when you report them and get to the root of the problem. I moved to Texas in January 2023. I have had to move 4 times since moving here due to having issues with apartment complexes with maint repairs and property management issues. Riverside Villas has been the best experience. The property actually looks like its pictures, the management is friendly and helpful! I'm definitely thankful I found this property!
Great apartment complex to live big rooms and amazing floor plans structure. Really nice appliances wash and dry seem brand new. But my need to update the stove but not bad it works.
