RecommendedI’ve asked for various things to either be fixed or replaced and only one of those things has been completed...lighting of the pilot. I had asked for the air filter to be replaced because we have a house full of individuals with breathing issues so always need clean air pumping into the apartment. Also asked about the floor replacement because of divets and what not but never had the floor fixed here. I asked for the water to stop dripping from my tub but that hasn’t been fixed either way.
I love it here, it is quiet and property kept clean, I had a chance to meet the new management. They called me when my water heater broke and had everything fixed asap. I was a little shocked when the old management left but new management has started updating and taking care of business.
I have lived here since August 2017 and have had no issues with staff or maintenance. Every time I have asked for help , I have been given nothing but respect. My home is well maintained and in good hands. The Clubhouse is set apart from Riverside Station so I do not at all fault them. I am not too happy with the Clubhouse rules as far as swimming is involved. I do not swim, but on occasion I have company who does. They can’t swim if I don’t go. nice and clean place to live. Rooms are well prepped b4 renting. Quite neiborhood and family friendly environment. Also office staff are amazing. Communication is clear and maintenance prompt in fixing stuff. Olivia, KAtie and Safar can't do without you.

Riverside Station is an awesome place to live. The community is quit and kept it on a regular bases. The office staff is amazing and very informative. I've lived in the community for almost 3 years now and I have not been disappointed yet. Shout out to Katie and Olivia...I don't know what I would do with out the ladies. THANK YOU!!
