As much as I love Dr. Bokhari and the old Riverside practice, the new take over from Optum as absolutely USELSSS. No one can give some straight answers. This is exactly what happens when a family run practice gets taken over by a big provider and service goes down the drain. Very sad!!!
Have been seeing Dr.Patel (pediatrics) since I first came to this country (almost 12 years ago). The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr.Patel has been a big part of my life growing up. I am now seeing the adult side doctors, and I am very satisfied.
