I had to do the recall on my car I bought at this dealership. They broke part of the passenger side and installed the driver incorrectly. Every time I turned left it honked twice. They took my car back and they denied me a rental because it was costing them too much already. The parts are on back order till who knows when. I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced because of they’re service mistake.
1st time I went for an oil change. Greeting and check in were nice. I believe his name was Marcos. He showed me where everything was while I waited. Apparently I missed the doughnuts �. Website said first appointment was @8, next time I will be there at 7. My car was complete sooner then expected. I wish there was a vending machine for at least water. Next time I will make sure I eat first.
Great Metro area if you want a great deal and will get you in and out and satisfied!

I would like to thank riverside Nissan they had excelente customer service I felt very comfortable with Frankie Mena he was very thorough in helping us buy are first vehicle brand new he was there till the end making sure all are concerns n questions were met very professional n funnie so THANK U FRANKIE !!!for making it happen for us !!we cannot be any more happier
