They didn't have the part to fix my car but didn't bother telling me until after I waited for 5 hours! Then they wanted me to pay in advance for the part to be ordered. Got it fixed $400 cheaper at Temecula Nissan and they had the part in stock.
Left me stranded and never told me they would keep my vehicle over night for an oil change and oil diagnostic. I went back after getting some dinner at bakers and had to be escorted out by Security and didn't get my car.... Remind you I live in a whole different county so I had lost a day's pay and missed school. Thanks Riverside Nissan!
Great Service Advisors especially Nick Mayne and Edwin Utrias. They practice the customer relations principles exemplified by the Service Manager.
