Second service appointment in third week of month on a Tuesday. Noticeably less people that first appointment last month. Seems like hour and half is the fastest they can do. They washed my cars exterior wasn’t expecting that. Covid cleaning protocols seem improved but updates to online appointments still not updated to remove pick/delivery option. Used coupons from website. Will be back for next oil change.

I usually have a quick and pleasant experience here but not this last time. Took my car in at 7 am and they said it would be a few hours for what they had to do. Ok. I knew I had to get to work and take my kids with me so I asked if maybe I could have a loaner for the day to which the guy replied, “We don’t have any. Maybe you could Uber.” Uhh no thanks. A woman with two kids in an Uber isn’t something I’m comfortable with. So I had to call a friend for a ride back home to get my kids and then a ride to work. They then call ... read more
