Very frustrated with service as I heard multiple times that they change their system. This is my first ever review that I am complaining. I had sick visit with NP on Friday at 12:15 for an infection. I was suppose to get a prescription to pick up from local pharmacy instead it was sent to my mail in pharmacy. I found out after 3 hours that my local pharmacy doesn’t have prescription. My daughter went for a Covid test there and she could hear the doctor and assistant outside the room betting on whether she had Covid and laughing over the bet, So unprofessional!!
