Absolutely terrible place, avoid at all costs! I've seen urgent care facilities and emergency departments less crowded and the staff members were stressed and, we'll say "impolite"...by 9:30 in the morning. Additionally, they sent me a link to register with MyChart two weeks before the appointment. I did. They couldn't find my account, even when I showed them that I was logged in on my phone and the initial text they sent me two weeks prior.
