Called and made an appointment they said they accepted our insurance came here and then they said they don’t accept our insurance. A day wasted. Do you people not have common sense ? No wonder they have a ton of zero stars. Learn how to communicate properly then run a clinic.
I would have left 0 stars if I could. We scheduled physical for my daughter, they took it, they called me to confirm a day before and I did, she got sick just before the visit, they called me to cancel physical 15 min before the appointment because she wouldn’t turn 18 months on the day of appointment and left a message when my husband was on the way there with the daughter.
