Worst staff not helpful for a new patient
They suck at customer service. It’s very difficult to reach them back
whoever took my call was extremely rude and unhelpful. she’s lucky i don’t have her name because she needs to learn how to address patients properly and get a lesson on professionalism because she is lacking. all other representatives i spoke with have NEVER spoke to me in the tone i had received. whoever was working the front desk of 8/21 needs to be let go and find a new profession because they suck and should NEVER work with people. it is a shame they let such miserable people in these fields.

Unfortunately, my experience with this primary care physician was extremely disappointing. The appointment felt more like a fast-food drive-thru than a medical consultation. The doctor did not perform a proper physical examl,no auscultation of the lungs, no abdominal palpation, no checking of lymph nodes, throat, or ears. In fact, the medical assistant was the only person who spent more than five minutes with me, taking my vitals and weight.
