Unfortunately, my experience with this primary care physician was extremely disappointing. The appointment felt more like a fast-food drive-thru than a medical consultation. The doctor did not perform a proper physical examl,no auscultation of the lungs, no abdominal palpation, no checking of lymph nodes, throat, or ears. In fact, the medical assistant was the only person who spent more than five minutes with me, taking my vitals and weight. The doctor is good. The company itself is annoying. They spent more time trying to convince you to use their app than they do actually getting you in the room.
Looks like over billing the patients and cant help on phone calls becoming a practice now a days.
