My wife took my son there to see his pediatrician. She wasn't there so we saw another doctor instead. Towards the end of the appointment, my wife asked the doctor's opinion on a certain treatment, and they immediately caught a dismissive attitude and told her to speak to a neurologist. As my wife was leaving, she heard the doctor openly berating her in another room with the door wide open. Muy hables y competentes
The staff at this facility are not helpful. They tell you to use the portal and no one ever contacts you or refills meds. Then no other provider that is there filling in will not do anything to rectify the problem. You have to wait until the doctor goes back in that at times it is a week. Dont call corporate either because they are just as bad as for you can't put in a complaint of one of their offices. That has to be done through your insurance. Now I know why no one does their job.
