Management is totally unresponsive. My apartment flooded because of negligence from an upstairs tenant and management refuses to provide me with a basic incident report or any information so that I can address the necessary repairs. I guess they are ok with mold growing in the walls and floor. Multiple emails and calls have gone totally ignored.
