Very disappointed let me start by saying on November 5th 2025 I put in an application online for a two bedroom two bath with all utilities included because I didn't go in person to look at the unit I only saw the unit online because I was told that it was being rented out by a private landlord and no one knew how to contact the landlord and that I would have to go online and put in an application for the unit and I did and I had to pay a $30 application fee online which I did. There are two positives about living here. The first is that the package handling is generally great. They check it in at the front desk, keep the packages in a locked closet, and overall, haven’t really had any issues. On to the negatives. The air conditioning is an old system and the building needs to switch it on so that they can be used in unit. They usually wait until late April or early May, after it’s been sweltering for 2 months. Do they not realize that DC is humid and well above 70 much earlier than that? Whatever.... read more
Totally great place. Centrally located in the city with access to metro, bus, and everything you could want. A quick walk to The Wharf, Navy Yard, Audi Field, and Nats Stadium. Nice staff with a great pool and amenities.
