Apartment are o u t date. Mice problems. Hallways and maill boxes damaged. Hall rugs dirty and mood smell. Repairs not timely. Rent increase yearly about 100 to 150 every year.
A decent place to live but limited parking makes having friends or family over more difficult. Also the walls are thin so music easily can be heard between apartments, additionally trash pick up does not come often enough so sometimes the dumpster is too full - would be better to have two dumpsters instead. But no crime here and peaceful place to live
Very well kept up common areas and respond to repairs needed jis excellent
