Incredibly disappointed. Do not waste your money here. I had high hopes when I moved into Riverset, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare due to the horrible management. First off, the management office is practically impossible to get ahold of. Emails go unanswered for days, phone calls are either ignored or met with vague responses, and when you finally get someone on the phone, they’re unhelpful and dismissive. Run...far, far away - No security, NOT luxury! SO many reasons for my one star review: First, I'll say the only reason it gets one star is because of the view if you are on the river side and the quick response by maintenance and the clean-up guy (Alex?) when dog owners let their dog urinate in the elevators or when lazy residents miss the dumpster. Most Incredible Renting Experience! I stayed at Riverset Apartments for about 7 months and was blown away at the amazing service we received from both the maintenance team and the wonderful ladies at the main office. Whenever my apartment needed something, the maintenance team would be there promptly after I called and always solved the issue with a smile. The apartments are also right in the heart of downtown, so everything is walking distance away. Wish I could've stayed longer!
