We have private decks, views, playgrounds, picnic tables, garages, weight room, game room and much more. We are a couple minutes from the Port of Everett and the Everett Navy Base.

I liked the size of the apartment but the managers were so nosey, they were always asking questions.....about our guests, commenting on how we parked and how we drove, even asking about what we put in the garbage!?!?!?!?!?! We had to call the cops a couple of times for people partying and people fighting.

I think that the apartments were in good condition when we moved in. we had one problem and that was the garbage disposal did not work and we reported it and it was not fixed in the entire two years we stayed there.
