Top notch vet hospital!! At 5p on a Friday I bought my sick Great Dane in even though they were fixing to close they took her right in & stayed way over to ensure she got the proper care she needed. My Dane ended up in a hospital that required 24/7 care. Dr. Karla went above & beyond. Even with going over to the hospital & checking her in. Then coming back the next day to care & check on her. Best vet I have ever had to use. I had to make the decision to put my dog of 17 years down yesterday and they were very professional, sympathetic and he explained everything in great detail. If I have any future dogs, I would bring them to Rivers Edge without hesitation.
In all of my years (45+) of taking my pets to the vet, this is by far and above the best Veterinary hospital I've ever been to. The staff is helpful, knowledgable and courteous, the facility is spotless, and doesn't even smell like a veterinary clinic! Dr. Karla and Dr. Russell took exceptional care of my very sick cat. Love the staff & the great quality of care Hurley & I both received!
We had to have our dog put down recently. He'd been sick for a while, so when they called to check on him, we got an appointment within 30 minutes. The staff was amazing! Everyone there truly cared about us and our Teal'C. They went above and beyond to make sure it was as easy for us as it could possibly be.
