Our trip was such a pleasant experience. This place is professional, clinical, approachable, and surprisingly affordable--especially for the quality of care we received! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and Dr Jones never even had our dog on the table. He sat on the floor with him, helped him feel comfortable and did everything from blood draws and vaccines to his exam right there next to our dog. I cannot recommend this place and Dr Jones enough!!
I had never been to this vet before but sadly last night after my baby poodle pixie fell endured a head injury someone suggested Dr Carla. It was about a hour drive for me but I would of drove longer than that if needed. The vets I had used for 20 years never bothered to call me back. Rivers Edge (Carla) went out of her way to comfort us. We had to make a very hard decision of saying goodbye to our baby, but the compassion this Vet showed meant so very much to all of us.
