I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Russell Jones. He has seen our diabetic cat Dylan for two different emergencies and has always treated our cat, and us, with the utmost respect and care. We live in Paducah and drive to Metropolis to River’s Edge Veterinary Hospital because we know Dr.Jones and his staff will treat our cat like he was their own. Our family appreciates very much that Dr Karla (on her birthday) performed emergency surgery on our dog, saving her life. Everyone here is very compassionate, which we learned when we had to put our other dog down a few months ago. Very helpful when emotions are running high. Thank you!

My fur baby Chasta got into a fight and got beaten up pretty bad. I panicked and called praying someone would answer Dr. Karla answered calmed me down and the following day done a fantastic job with Chasta. I can't thank her and her entire staff enough for helping my baby girl. thanks again for all you do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They are all caring at River's Edge. Dr. Carla is awesome. You can tell that she has a love for animals.
