My husband had surgery on Wed. Everything went great. We went home and during the nite he had some issues. I called the hospital. I was told to get him to emergency. The staff was amazing. I am very pleased with the top notch care he received in the emergency room. He was then placed in observation for the rest of the day and overnight, today I brought him home. All is good so far. Our experience at the hospital and in the emergency room was A+.
River's Edge is so awesome, excited to have my Knee replacement, staff is wonderful.
I was in the ER yesterday.. The room was dirty with dust.. I wish I could put the picture I took on this review.. It's on my facebook.. I couldn't believe it.. If I have a choice from now on it will be Mankato.. I was in my bed and looked up and was horified.. Dust all over the ceiling hanging off of the sprayer for fire system.. Not sure how sanitary that is, but then again I shouldn't have to worry how clean the Er is..
We were so grateful that after Mayo Clinic Mankato turned my dying father away that REHC accepted him . Then proceeded to give all of us exceptional care ! Dad made it out and into Hospice care because of the marvelous team at REHC ! Thank you all so much ! Bob's family.
Patients have the right to be treated with courtesy and respect. To have rude medical staff treat patients unprofessionally is inexcusable. They are suppose to be there for the patients and the families and act as a patient advocate to ensure proper and efficient care. I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided.
