Took my husband in on August 15th for possible appendicitis. Nurse and doctor were very kind and thorough. Turned out to be kidney stones. All his tests were done in a timely manner.
Came in last night with kidney pain and a high heart rate. Got no straight answer as to what it was, was told I would be getting a EKG, never got it. Said the high heart rate could be because I'm dehydrated, told them I've been having issues drinking and eating, the didn't do a drip to rehydrate. Said I need my thyroid checked out, that got brushed off and nothing done for. Going to Mankato for now on.
My wife had arthroscopic surgery in her knee. We were told that surgery went perfect but your nurse did not advise us of anything he acted like he just wanted to get off for the Memorial weekend. There was not instructions on what to do or how long to keep her leg wrapped so now due to the nurse did not help or give any advice my wife now has a blood clot in her leg which I believe could have been prevented and now she is in a lot of pain. I had a total hip replacement March 28, 2017. I had nothing but a great experience. The care I received from Rivers Edge Staff was amazing! The rooms were very clean, and the food was good. I credit my Doctor and Rivers Edge staff with my quick recovery! Thank you!!
Had a very good stay while my boyfriend had hip surgery! Only one problem was the daytime nurse during the weekend. She was very rude! We were there Nov. 11th-13th. If we have to go there again I pray she is not our nurse!!
