When we first moved to Knoxville, we had a top-floor apartment facing the river here. We paid for additional storage closet, as we had furniture to hold onto before we moved into our house. We had a two bedroom two bath. However, we only got one guaranteed parking spot, even though you’re supposed to have a parking spot per bedroom. This apartment does have adequate places to walk your dog, but people do not always pick up after their pets. My son lived here for the 2023-2024 school year as a student at UT and he and his roommate had a great experience. Andrew in the office is amazing and provides personalized attention and care. No issues with repairs and proactive with maintenance. Great location and beautiful property! Highly recommend.
