Nice apartment complex, lived on the third floor near the pool and it was quiet. I only had one minor maintenance repair needed and it was fixed within two days. Loved over looking the river and the fun places in the area to eat. I never had any issues with parking, there was plenty of spaces. I didn’t have any pets, but they are pet friendly. I also had a washer and dryer in the apartment that could be used for a monthly fee and didn’t have to bring my own.
I loved living in these apartments, maintenance was always on top of everything, office management was always nice, my only complaints are the actual owners of this complex, they raise rent sooooo high after you live there, otherwise they would have had a long term tenant. The apartment I moved out of in January of this year is still available for rent. When I first moved in it was 2000.00 give or take a little. Then at renewal it went to 2400.00 then when it was time to renew again, it went to 3200.00!!! The owners are extr... read more
Apartments are nice but horrible customer service from leasing office. When we first moved here we loved the leasing office team, but they hired a new team that lacks hospitality. They never answer the phones, always get send to voicemail. Property manager lacks hospitality. Don't move here.
When we first moved to Knoxville, we had a top-floor apartment facing the river here. We paid for additional storage closet, as we had furniture to hold onto before we moved into our house. We had a two bedroom two bath. However, we only got one guaranteed parking spot, even though you’re supposed to have a parking spot per bedroom. This apartment does have adequate places to walk your dog, but people do not always pick up after their pets.
