Matthais is amazing! He will go above and beyond to get everything you need! The rest of the staff is amazing and accommodating as well-- the maintenance man (sorry forgot his name) got my apartment ready in a quick turn over, the front desk was also very helpful throughout every phone call, and Matthais' coworkers were also very helpful throughout the process. 10/10 recommend. I can't wait to get into my beautiful new place! Take advantage of their deals now :)
Andy is great maintenance guy he help the community all the time
I lived in this building for 4 years and consistently paid $3,200/month on time. In that time, I’ve seen three different management companies come and go, the concierge desk staff change almost weekly, and late-night concierge support is nonexistent—making package pickup after hours impossible. Throughout my residency, I dealt with numerous issues, including other tenants repeatedly parking in my assigned (and paid-for) parking spot. I been living here and is great the maintenance team always help with any issues I had in my unit always come on time and do everything I need Andy and Darrel always help on the maintenance side
