I have to admit compared to most apartments the Greens are great. Now dont let that fool you into false security, its an apartment after all theres always going to be SOMETHING you dont like. They do have their faults. My apartment was filthy when I moved in even though they had days in advance that I was coming. They DID get my handicap sign up that same day when I gave my deposit! What a Great Place. For the \$\$\$ its an excellent value and awesome location. Love the work theyve done on it and the new management is really caring and responsive. Thanks guys...love the new home and all the amenities which are nicer than my old house.
DONT MOVE HERE!!! We had ROACHES from the nasty neighbors in the building. They showed us a model apt in a building that had no tenants, when i asked to see the specific unit we would be renting we were told that the carpets were being cleaned. Little did we know what kind of hell we were getting into, thank god it was only a 6month lease.
