Roaches,roaches,roaches. They have over ran the place. Really bad plumbing. If you like someone eles toilet water over flowing down into your apartment, then this is the place you should live. No parking. They rent to families saying that it is a family friendly enviroment. But they do not want your kids outside. these apartments are very cold in the winter, very hot in the summer. no air and animals should not be outside. my apartment happens to be nice, a few visitors(bugs) here and there but we live RIGHT next to the arkansas river. theres bound to be a bug or two. i keep my place very clean but i too have experienced my upstairs neighbors bathtub and dishwasher leaking into my apt..
