The location is so convenient to so many places. Staff is attentive and able to address issues as the arise quickly and professionally. The community is that, a community, and it has been great having neighbors who look out for each other.
LOWERED MY RATING FROM 5 to 4. I was skeptical about this place at first because the model was just too good to be true. The customer service from Tyler was too good to be true and all the talk Tyler told me about was just too good to be true….well guess what? I was wrong. The quality and speed of the maintenance and the office team is unbelievable compared to some of the other places we lived. The location is perfect out here with all the trails on site and near Travis lake and several rivers. It is super quiet looking over the wooded areas and quietness is what we were looking for. The apartment was super clean when we moved in and they just cleaned the buildings which made the appearance walking up through the stairs so much better. Just moved in, Carmen and other members of the leasing team have been very helpful throughout the entire process! Our new unit is great and maintenance was very quick to fix any minor issues. Quiet complex with lots of green space!
