Add in a beautiful West Austin location, a professional, responsive, caring on-site management team, and an outstanding maintenance team and you have The. Best. For me, the perfect place as I transitioned from 25+ years of home ownership to an apartment community.
I’ve lived in some horrible apartments in Austin. This by far has been the most peaceful and pleasing experience. The staff is very helpful and informative, as well as being very quick to respond to any issue or concern you might have. The maintenance is top notch. They always come as soon as possible and don’t leave unless the job is completed. The community is clean, quiet and respectful. There is literally nothing negative to say about Cortland river place
I was truly impressed with Courtland River Place. I scheduled a tour & when I arrived I met with Carmen, she actually ended up taking me on the tour of the property. So clean and nicely kept. I really liked the property. I recently was approved for a home loan & that’s the only reason I didn’t pursue a lease with Courtland River Place. Thank you Carmen for showing me the property!
