Bridge at River place was a 3.5 stay. I was very comfortable with the staff they were always accommodating and accessible. Which I loved and appreciated. The apartment was also very upkept and clean and just a beautiful place to live in! I rarely dealt with any issues. Though after my first month of living there all four of my tires were stolen aswell as someone else on the property. UPDATE 5/17/26: The complex is under new management now by AMP (Apartment Management Professionals) and is now called Bridge at River Place. I’m sad to say this management so far has been worse than Cortland in ways. Emails now often take weeks to be responded to, even after multiple follow ups - and the responses I’ve gotten have been typically unhelpful or non-answers. The transition happened months ago and there was no formal introduction made, just a sudden letter on our doors on a late Friday evening telling us they wer... read more

AMAZING property and staff! Our team visited this community and got to speak with Perla. She was so welcoming and very accommodating towards our team. We had a wonderful time stopping by!
Neighbors in the building across from us at building 15 leave their dogs out every night around 10PM until midnight. The dogs aren’t really the problem it’s the people who own them. Their dogs barking echoing around the complex and everything that moves is not so much a problem but at night it can be a bit much. I am sure a lot of the residents can vouch for this.
