The staff is so amazing and always willing to go above and beyond. Great location and nice floor plans.
We’ve been living here for almost three years now and absolutely love the area. The community is well-managed, and maintenance is incredibly responsive—whenever we submit a request, they arrive within an hour. The entire team, from management to maintenance staff, is always friendly and professional. For the price, this place offers exceptional value, especially considering it’s in one of the best neighborhoods.
Love the area and how beautiful the ground are. Also the Manager is the best.
I went to Courtland river place to look for an apartment and Denise the manager there was absolutely wonderful she answered every question I had and was so polite and sweet. She showed be around and she has such a nice personality The apartments are very nice and I would recommend anyone go there if you're looking for a place to live
Carmen is truly a wonderful person! She always takes the time to listen and offer help whenever you need it. If you’re ever on a tour, I highly recommend seeking her out—she’s the best at what she does!
