Lived in the community for several years and while the buildings are s but old, the apartment are spacious the team is super friendly, and the facilities are well kept. We would definitely consider living there again in the future. By the way don't be surprised by the wild life in the unit: Rabbits, hommingbirds, road runners and lizards keep the insects at bay.
Terrible office communication, maintenance and overall care of apartments since new management took over! You cant get anyone to return a email or any assistance with apartment care. Don't move here!
My family and I have lived here for very happily for over 7 years and were very happy even through 3 changes of ownership of the complex. Sadly the new buyout by the bridge and the new management has changed the whole experience of living here in a negative way. Hopefully this is temporary during the transition.
