I brought my mom up here Sunday the nurse who was on duty told me they didn't have a room for her I told her my mom have heart problems and her body was felling up with fluid when she brought the wheel chair out their and was getting her out the car she notice all the fluid my mom had in her body I bet she found a room I would have taken her to Axlendria but she had do much fluid I stop at the first hospital witch was riverland in Ferriday.
Well i really don't judge but the staff there was extremely nice the Dr well explained everything to me and I wasn't in there long I really don't have a complaint about Riverland
It's getting better. My last visit was okay took the doctor forever to come in a remove a hook out of my leg.
This facility has saved my life on more than one occasion, as well as multiple family members of mine. God bless the staff there. Y'all are amazing!
I have been a guest of Riverland many times. They always do their best to make me comfortable while treating some very serious illnesses in a professional manner.
The hell with that place. The service sucks and the doctor on the morning at 3 am on July 18th was extremely rude and was no help. I went in with severe back pains in my kidney and he cussed at me and everything. If I turn out having cancer I'm gonna sue the hospital. Plus I seen a mouse run across the floor in the er hall so I'll never go back. That place should be condemned and Fire the ones that worked on the 18th. I was the only one there and in took them 2 hours just to see me so terrible service
