I woke up with a toothache and they fit me in the same day. Pain was horrible! They called Appleton and got me in for root canal that day. Life saver since I was leaving on a trip the next day.
Riverhill is the most professional, pleasant and caring dental facilities I’ve ever experienced. And I’m close to 70.
I greatly appreciated that Dr Morrow was able to fit me into her busy schedule and replace a crown that has fallen off. She is always kind and goes out of her way for her patients.
Annual review went well. All employees who assisted were competent and courteous. I feel confident about the services received.
I recently moved to the waupaca area and scheduled a new patient visit and cleaning. Was able to get in within a reasonable time. Eval was very thorough and really liked Dr. Everson. We agreed on a plan for my cleanings/gum disease going forward. I did have trouble scheduling my next 2 cleanings as they really book up fast. I have to come in more often- 3 to 4 times a year, so the scheduling was annoying. Hoping that won’t be an issue in the future.
My cleaning is always thorough. Exam was prompt and thorough. I feel confident l have good dental care. I would, however like to see more dental insurance companies pick up Riverhill Dental to their networks. Most l have checked do not include any Waupaca dental offices, so l do not feel l can access insurance coverage with full potential to pay for my services.
I had a tooth implant on my front tooth, it is always visible so Dr. Marrow would not install it permanently until it was perfect. It was “close” a couple of time but not perfect, so she would not install it until it was perfect. I greatly appreciate everything she did to make it perfect.
I was able to get a same day appointment. I've never loved going to the dentist, but Dr. Everson makes you very comfortable. He is very personable and explains everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
Dr. Everson is extremely friendly and personable, I felt at ease during the time I was there. Very professional. I will highly recommend him to anyone.
