The service department didn’t call me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. Patched a tire for $50 that I didn’t agree to. And called me to say I forgot to put fuel in my loaner car. I filled the car up about 6 miles away from the dealer in Riverhead. Do they expect you to fill it up inside the dealer? They didn’t even pull my vehicle to the service area to the from the storage lot. Not great service. Will not be buying another Ford from this dealer. Great service department. Todd is honest with what needs to be done and works with the insurance companies to help cover what is needed and works to make sure it isn't a big expense out of your pocket. I highly recommend this dealership!!
