Riverhead Bay Motors was great The service folks, especially John, were extremely helpful and honest during my last visit for my 40,000 mile check up on my volkswagen. He gave honest answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend them for all your servicing!
NEVER AGAIN I will NEVER set foot in this place ever again. I put a down payment on a car, then was thinking of changing my mind, they convinced me to give it one more day - they would find me a better rate for my loan. I gave it one more day and said I was going to take the car - they tell me then, that they sold it to someone else. WHY CONVINCE ME TO PURCHASE IT WHEN YOU ALREADY SOLD IT? The worst part is that they got my son so excited about the car, and then I had to tell him that we wouldn't be getting it. Terrible expe... read more
