Over a week ago the thunderstorms took out our small pole lights that line our sidewalk out in front of all 40 apts in our complex..for a week the schoolage children have had to walk to their school bus at our street out front in the dark am plus there are many seniors who live here such as myself who take a dog out after dark or in early am ..it was reported the day after it happened which was a weekend & they say it's being addressed but it's now going on the second week & still no lights..very frustrating
We got an inspection notice for the day before Thanksgiving 9am-5pm...nobody here at 9:40am and I had to cancel a family Thanksgiving dinner for this! Not good planning..our time is as precious as Biggs time and we would be expected to be ON Time for any appt with them! In response to your answer..although I appreciate that I have a dog and won't leave while he's here
I have lived here over 4 years...we have had 5 property managers in 4 yrs. & our maintenance man of several years quit several months ago...we have no maintenance here & problems are not being taken care of here...it does nooo good to call the emergency #... I am sad to think k that the management company doesn't care about us as PAYING TENANTS...THERE ARE SOOO (MANY MORE ISSUES I COULD LIST BUT I WOULD RUN OUTTA PAPER)...if you are in need of an apt.?? I have lived here over 3 yrs.& We have had 4 property managers so far?? Not sure what the problem is & now the new property manager sits in office with the blind shut & the door shut all day with a notice on her door that the door will remain closed during open hours so to knock when we need to talk to her!??? Not professional at all...I know of two people who came here to get info on renting an apartment only to leave when they saw her sign??? Not a good way to conduct business...
