I havent had any problems during my time at Riverfront. I found that the maintenance staff was timely, courteous, and helpful. It is a comfortable and quite living experience. I would definitely recommend it especially to single females that are looking for a secure neighborhood. Very close to downtown Lansing and Cooley Law School; several restaurants nearby (Chinese, McDonalds, Burger King, bakery). Great experience ' visit or call for yourself and see.
I have never had such a bad experience renting, when you have a maintenance request, maintenance takes their sweet time fixing the problem if they fix it at all. I have had several issues, such as a water leak in the basement of my townhouse that to this day is not resolved. Every time it rains, my basement leaks and I dont think the management believe us, they seem to show up hours after the rain has stopped. AWESOME APARTMENT COMPLEX. HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 4 YEARS NOW, AND WOULD NEVER WANT TO MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE. THE STAFF IS AMAZING, MAINTENANCE IS EFFICIENT AND PROMPT, AND THE LOCATION TO DOWNTOWN LANSING, LCC, RESTAURANTS, AND CLUBS IS PERFECT.
I absolutley loved living at Riverfront Apartments and Townhomes. My neighbors were GREAT, the office and maintanence staff were GREAT. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! I had questions and the workers were always so helpful and kind. It made me feel very comfortable. I also enjoyed the location. They are in the downtown area which made travel very easy and also easy access to alot of different places.
This was my worst renting experience ever!!! I kept my end of the lease, paid my rent on time, and did every thing that was asked of me. The same cannot be said about Riverfront Apartments, whom on several occasions took their sweet time on repairing appliances in my apartment. Also, the rent was increased as they continued to nickel and dime me throughout my lease. In addition the office/maintenance hours of operation are a joke, so you better hope it doesnt snow on Sunday. I would not recommend renting these apartments!!!!... read more
