I am so disappointed in how they have signs and yet there are homeless people living there in the laundry rooms and lobby, smoke smell all the time, terrible parking and they didn't get rid of my family member's bugs for over 2 months after several "treatments". Beautiful views, but the crime is so crazy bad here.

Please be aware BEFORE moving into the senior high rise (possibly the low rise apts adjacent to the high rise, also) here. If you or a loved one lives here or plans to live here...PLEASE be sure you know exactly what your rights are as tenants AND be sure you itemize ALL your belongings...including mobility scooters, stereo equipment, jewelry...ANYTHING of value. Sarah and the rest of the office staff, where very helpful and friendly. They very professional and may the whole process very stress free and took great care in making me feel right at home and has made me feel like part of the community. If anyone is looking for a apartment this a great place to start looking
Been here 3yrs , the residents have been great, management is on top of things, recommend it highly
