Tara Burns handled all the final billing, and when I pointed out different things to her such as the fact that we were tax exempt, she followed through immediately and efficient with a corrected bill. She kept me up to date frequently during the final days before the conference.
Our first contact in setting up this conference with Justin Mann. He did everything possible to make all of our needs met when writing the contract. He found the contracts we had with Riveredge in 2008, which made it even easier in planning. No matter what we said we wanted, he said he would make it happen: and he did.
I came here and I had a wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel with wonderful guest service. Thank you!
