This Resort is amazing very comfortable and the staff is extremely accommodating. I love the way they are always there when you need something.
Thank you for yours and all staff at Riveredge for helping make our retreat a success. The customer service was pleasant and accommodating. Cleanest rooms, nicest staff, and beautiful surroundings !! You will pay a little more but it is well worth the price. Pools (indoors and out), spa, dock space and more.
I love this resort Justin who works in the front was amazing he got us in the room we wanted at an amazing price.
John, who set up the meeting rooms and the wall between the rooms, went out of his way during the two days we were there to check to see if we were "okay" or if we needed anything else. He checked with me often before the conference to make sure that things were as we wanted them to be.
Cory, who greeted us when we arrived and lugged all our "stuff" to three different locations, did so with a smile and as though it were a privilege to wait on us. At one point, he came to me.
Javian Rafus and Cindy Sherree went out of their way to accommodate our group. ( Cindy kept really cool when there was a half hour difference between our time and the time she had us scheduled for lunch. It was apparently my fault not the hotels as I had not noticed that discrepancy in the contract and our schedule.

Lea at the front desk is another person who was always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us.
