I have lived here for a year now and can say that I have had nothing but problems. I never had a big issue inu entire life until I moved here. A neighbor became infested and caused my entire complex problems. There is constantly trash everywhere on the grounds and they offer a referral bonus but I still have yet to receive it. I should have had it by now but have received nothing. I brought it to the offices attention and still haven't received it.
