The inside of my boyfriends apartment has looked like this since march and mold has started to grow and they choose to do absolutely nothing to fix it anytime soon
Lived there for 4 years without causing any problems and thought that would be appreciated. However, when our lease was up this year we were told we were "ineligible" for renewal and they did not have to give a reason. The management is snooty and the corporate office does not seem to care one way or another. I am so glad to see they are putting in sidewalks though....seems so important with the rest of the complex going down hill! Love where we moved! Maintenance was does in an hour after a phone call.
Very safe and comfortable
After serving a 2 year term, you would have thought the management team would value a good, elderly resident. Their lack of service, communication, and care to their residents is very obvious. They are not helpful and rip you off in the end. Don't waste your valuable time on this property. Move on to others that will value a good resident!
Nice apartment complex. Nice location. Very reasonable price
