Location Location Location Great location for the sports fan! On the banks of the Ohio across the river from G.A.B.P, the Banks, and Paul Brown right down the street from them. Next to the Newport Aquarium and Newport on the Levee a great dining and shopping experience. Nice pool, tennis courts and workout room in complex. Apartments a bit small but for the price and location you can't beat it. Ample parking, great views and close walk to everything. Public transportation a block away. Don't live here This place is thorn in my backside. I lived here for 2 year, as soon as I moved in the place was a message and the stove didn't even work. I told them about it and they said they would reduce my next month's rent, but that never happened. I confronted them about it and they said th at they never said that, so I'm said forget it. Also it always took them about 3-6 months to fix any problems I had with the apartment, and usually even when they said it was fixed, it really wasn't. So I finally decided to move an... read more
Good area to live The buildings may be a little out dated, but the apartment staff and the community in the surrounding area is amazing.
