If I could scream it, unless you are positive that you will move here don’t pay your deposit, they will refuse to give to give it back if you change your mind, even with proper notice, the property manger is super unprofessional and didn’t outline the terms and seemed a bit snappy about wanting your deposit back, 450 dollars down the drain. I know I wouldn’t move here even if it was the only place that would accept me
