RecommendedLloyd and Melissa were great to work with. From planning the limos and buses in advance, and then the 3 drivers were fantastic. We just returned from an amazing vacation to NOLA and booked 3 transports with Riverbend for our group of 10. Our driver Roger was EXCEPTIONAL!!! He was on time, communicated via text and ensured we got to our destinations on time. We had our 6 year daughter with us and he made sure a booster seat was available, brought her a teddy bear and a picture from Santa. Everyone in our group was impressed. Book your transportation with them and you will not be disappointed. EXCELLENT SERVICE, VEHICLES and PRICING!
I'm writing this review on behalf of my father, who doesn't have Facebook, and the rest of my family who very recently rode Riverbend Charters and couldn't be happier. We arrived in New Orleans on a very, very delayed flight. Our flight arrived at about 10 past the hour, and we needed to be at our cruise ship terminal within 50 minutes otherwise we were going to miss our ship!
