RecommendedI booked a limousine for an airport transfer on very short notice as a surprise for a special client. Lloyd went the extra mile to make the clients believe they were getting picked up by a regular uber. He even asked his driver to park the limo where the ubers typically park at the airport. Very professional driver, amazing service all around. I hope I have the opportunity to use their services again in the future.

I've used Riverbend Charters Limosine & Tours as our bus company for the past 3 years for an annual local tour my company hosts twice per year. They have always been reliable and most importantly, great at communicating. If I had a question or needed help, I could call or email and get a response right away. The drivers have always been polite and helpful and the buses are in great condition. I hope to continue our working relationship with Riverbend for years to come!

Thank you for making our trip to and from the airport so special. The driver was very professional, on time, and helped us with our luggage (for 6 people). The limo was clean and well stocked with beverages. I highly recommend!!!
We had the pleasure of booking roundtrip airport transfers and a tour with Riverbend Charters during our trip to New Orleans in June. The over the phone booking process was very pleasant. John drove us to our hotel and Daniel gave us a ride back, both divers were very friendly, professional, gave great local tips and the vehicles were exceptional.
