We had heard that many of the NOLA ride services were less than reliable. We found Riverbend and emailed them. Lloyd (the owner) got back to us in about 10 minutes and we booked a 3:50am pickup to the airport with him. He personally picked us up--early-- in his beautiful SUV --clean as can be, water bottles at the wait. He told us we had time to stop at Café Du Monde for a quick bite--and we did. Lloyd was wonderful on my wedding day. Very personable and supportive when I was stressing a little bit. He made my daughters and I very comfortable. It began to rain as we were getting in the car and he was right there with an umbrella for us. The car was beautiful and clean inside and out. I recommend Riverbend and Lloyd and will not use anyone else in the future.
Melissa & Lloyd provide impeccable service. Riverbend Charters has the finest fleet. The day I called, I was looking for a few Sprinter vehicles. As luck would have it - they'd just added an additional one to their fleet the day before. They had me covered. I'd utilized their service for the first time back in 2016 - every call/flight change/ additional request I initiated was answered and handled with zero hassle.
