This has been by far the worse experience renting. I have been complaining and gave notices about my neighbor smoking marijuana for 8 months. My apartment smells like garbage ,the air quality is unlivable. My mom's respiratory issues worsened. No measures were taken in fact management told me it's a smoking building and the smoking is not excessive and the clause in the contract is not enforced. My neighbor smokes every half an hour.
