When I first went to office Carmen was nice and seemed to care about people seeking to lease an apartment. I was looking for a two bedroom apartment. The one she showed me was very nice and I liked it very much. When I got back home I went online to see what was available. I found a unit that was still occupied but would be available by the time my lease was up. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Riverbend Apartments. The leasing agent Carmen was very dry. She didn't ask me for my ID I asked her if she wanted it then I asked if the unit that I was viewing was far and she said no and proceeded to walk briskly and way ahead of me. The unit was far from the office (I have a severe bulging disc that makes walking a distance painful) I could have driven. DATE IS 10/7/25 I JUST MOVED IN YESTERDAY SPEND OVER 2,000 DOLLARS AND I HAVE 10 THINGS ALREADY WRONG WITH THIS APARTMENT PLEASE CORPORATE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS? Please DO NOT move into these apartments save your time and money!! Unnecessary admin fees added to base rent and they come with a family a roaches. Dalia in the office is HORRIBLE has a NASTY ATTITUDE towards anything addressed to her and on top of that she barely knows any damn thing I honestly don’t know why she’s even a property manager.

PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE APPLYING TO THESE APARTMENTS!!! Applied online and noticed there was no washer & dryer in unit. I can admit I should have further researched this community but I would have never thought that they’d take literally my whole $245.06. I understand that most apartment communities have a non-refundable application fee which is normal and understandable but the entire amount in less than 24 hours ( I applied yesterday 6/1and called to cancel today 6/2) after I applied online.
