PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE APPLYING TO THESE APARTMENTS!!! Applied online and noticed there was no washer & dryer in unit. I can admit I should have further researched this community but I would have never thought that they’d take literally my whole $245.06. Please DO NOT move into these apartments save your time and money!! Unnecessary admin fees added to base rent and they come with a family a roaches. Dalia in the office is HORRIBLE has a NASTY ATTITUDE towards anything addressed to her and on top of that she barely knows any damn thing I honestly don’t know why she’s even a property manager.
I just moved here from out of State. Miss Llomaira the Office Manager helped me through the whole process so very Professional and I'm so very Appreciative for helping me feel comfortable moving from a different state.! Very Beautiful Apartments and Peaceful Environment!
I have to brag on the ladies in the front office: Delia and Mira (spellcheck). They are very professional and understanding. Whenever there is a situation or anything that needs to be resolved, they communicate and actively listen. My family and I feel safe and at home here at Riverbend and I just want to give them a huge shoutout for working with us and being available despite everything they have on their plate. I know it is not an easy job and they show up 100% every time! Thank you, ladies!
!!BEWARE!! Me, my baby and dad moved here thinking it was going to be a good fresh start after living in Dallas long story short this place has been hell since the beginning of us signing the lease they already went through 5 leasing managers that already tells you what this place is about then they don't tell you about registering your cars as a tenant they wait till your car gets booted to say something after you list the cars on the lease!
