We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. I wanted to Lease a car and walked in to the Rivera dealership and met George P. He was welcoming courteous and knowledgeable. When he knew I was serious he quickly got his manager involved and they helped me make the decision and even bought my used car as a trade in without even seeing it but based on my description. Within a few hours I had handed over my used car and drove out in a brand new Corolla, with all paperwork completed.
I work for an independent shop in croton falls by the train station. This poor guy broke down his car was over heating..the rental car place was giving him trouble on the phone for an hr. He mentions to me that his wife works in mt kisco and I remember Rob Scalere posted the other day about renting out cars. 5mins later plans are made for his wife to get a rental from you guys! My salesman, Aldo contacted me while I was still in Florida and my lease was ending in a couple of months. He sent pictures of the 2018 Rav 4 he had for me. The car was waiting for me upon my return. The car experience was more than excellent and Aldo-an excellent person to deal with.
