4th Rav4 lease through Rivera and the experience couldn’t have been easier or less painful. This time during Covid-19 the Rivera team saw to it that my request not to go into the showroom was accommodated and almost the entire transaction was completed ahead of time by phone and online. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted and welcomed without pressure. Everyone who walked by greeted us with a smile and conversation felt like we were part of their family. By the time we left we were not handshaking but hugging like family...employees were knowledgeable and if unsure of a question they found someone who could answer. This was my first but not last time isn’t Rivera Toyota.
