She is an excellent physician and cares deeply for her patients. She has numerous precancerous moles on me and has removed all of them with great skill.
Solved problems quickly. Excellent surgeon. Removed pre-cancerous growths. Helped me find discounts on meds.
I’ve been seeing Dr Rivera for several years…except during COVID. Her staff is very nice and quite competent. Dr Rivera is extremely thorough and answered all of my questions.
In fairness to Doctor Rivera, whom I was unable to meet, this review pertains to her incompetent staff. Very complete exam and Dr. Rivera knows her stuff. The office can be a bit disorganized, but the end result is worth any minor issues with the staff.
Office staff is a debacle. Never even got to see Dr. Rivera, due to her office staff. "Frustrating" is putting it extremely mildly. A complete and total hassle with the office staff. Not worth it, no matter how good people say Dr. Rivera is.
Dr. Rivera is very good. Her office staff is a disaster. Not worth it.
Very attentive and professional, and responds to oatient’s concerns with detailed explanations that make sense. Very quick to address any concerns. I just found out that if you need to see her quickly due to possible emergency just leave a message for her nurse and explain situation to her.
I have been seeing Dr. Rivera for several years for skin cancer screenings. She is very thorough and explains everything. Her staff are considerate and do a good job for an otherwise awkward exam. I have had two biopsies and one mole fully removed and it has been nothing but wonderful and exceptional care. I trust her knowledge and will continue to go to her.
