The most caring and thoughtful doctor I've ever known. Dr.Rivera is such a great listener. A few times I had an issue not quite 100% involved with his scope of practice, Still.....he took time listening, never rushed me to leave, gave his opinion about it, and even gave me the prescription if I thrive to know the cause of my issue. Always smiles. You can feel his warm heart and empathy when talking to him. Never greedy for money. I have an expensive procedure I must pay (insurance not covered )

My best delivery so far! Such a soft spoken, educated man. there to do a job well done. I always have funny deliveries because I never get my contractions to get on course on their own. I stepped into the hospital, told him what had happened in my last two labors, he listened and took it into account and 5 hours later my beautiful baby was born. I would def recommend either Rivera or Bitran to anyone.
Dr. Rivera is so respectful, so kind, and really does whatever he can for his patients. He will go out of his way to make sure his patients' needs are met. The office staff is also very kind and will try to work with you to make sure everything is running smoothly. This is the best doctor and doctor's office I have been to!
Dr. Bitran delivered both of my boys so, given our history, I was always hesitant to see another doctor. If at all possible I like Dr. Rivera even more! What a great team of doctors in that office! Courteous, attentive, and you never feel like he's rushing out on you. Such great doctors makes an uncomfortable experience a breeze!
Dr. Rivera was wonderful in his demeanor with me. He connected with me personally and explained what I needed to know with ease. The office staff (with the exception of one girl, Rene) and nurse practitioner Miriam, is another's story. Miriam was condescending when I told her I wasn't informed about a testing period. She specifically told me, "they told you. You can't not ask questions. you're going to be a mother so speak up." Mind you, this had been the first time I met her and my 3rd visit.

Dr. Rivera and his staff make going to the OB a wonderful and easy experience! It's so comfortable when you have doctors and staff that care! If you are going just for your check-ups or if your pregnant, this is the office you want to come to! Thank you, Dr. Rivera and staff for making these uncomfortable visits great!
